Dr. David L. Taylor is a native Washingtonian and served with distinction as the Dean for Student Learning at Georgetown University School of Medicine until his retirement in 2023 after 33 years of service. He continues to support medical student success as the CEO of Ascension Medical Educators and enjoys travel and the arts with his spouse, the Rev. Dr. Donna Taylor. @davidleontaylor

Dr. Susan M. Cheng hails from Santa Barbara, California, and has called Washington, D.C., home for the past 18 years, most recently as a proud Ward 5 resident. Passionate about exploring themes of identity, belonging, and community, she previously served as the inaugural Senior Associate Dean for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Georgetown University School of Medicine from 2015-2024.  She delights in striking up conversations with people in line, fostering institutional culture building,  and providing support to college students as they navigate their paths to success.
